The Marketing team has been assigned to drive this business orientation through our different channels for our multi-brands, thereby pushing our business forward to be a digital pioneer in the food industry.
To strengthen our Downstream Marketing Team, we are hiring a Senior Activation Manager with online DNA.
This is what you will do
As a key member of the Downstream Marketing team you are responsible to set-up and execute the go-to-market strategy of our focus products & introduce our innovations to the market. You are working towards the Retail & Foodservice-channel - thereby targeting Wholesalers and end-clients in the Out-of-Home Market - for which you define and roll out a customized approach. You will be working towards National Key Accounts as well as locally based (social & commercial) catering – ranging from sandwich bars, restaurants, hotel(group)s, (Fast) Food chains,… in our BeNeFrItEs-cluster.
Primary areas of responsibility:
- Translating the product category (i.e. Bread, Pastry & Fast Food) strategy and launch-plan into a tactical quarterly go-to-market plan. Per segment or product (group) you will define and initiate the most suitable on- and/or offline activation strategy.
- Developing & executing a communication- and promotion-plan per wholesaler – including online activation and lead generation, enriching the active customer base of our digital platform MyFoodSpot, highlighting the key assortment and innovations and leveraging the promotional toolkit of the wholesaler.
- Generating marketing qualified leads through email marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO, SEA, display, SOME …
- Assuring a solid internal buy- in and interaction with your colleagues from the sales teams (field sales, customer care, business development managers), Category Business Leaders, Digital Team,… in order to align promotional targets and supporting their commercial activities with inspiring content, stories & education;
- Budgeting & management of external communication agencies – all in close collaboration with the Downstream Marketing Manager.
